GUIDELINES OF MASTER HEALTH CHECKUP

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS :

Walk-in / Online Registration would be done.

Requested to come with empty stomach for Ultrasound and Fasting Blood Sugar.

Patients with diabetes or any other illness must take their drugs as usual.

The checkup shall be started in any order and regulated by the Public Relation Officer.

The payment may be done according to their package cost on the day of checkup only.

Contact the Receptionist first for Registration and get ready for further steps of the check up.

Steps to be followed

STEPS ON THE DAY OF THE CHECKUP:

Get the signature from each counter/room after each checkup and finally from the Receptionist.

First blood sample to be given for complete haemogram, Liver function test, Lipid profile and fasting blood sugar & urine sample must be given in the empty stomach and order of checkup will be arranged by the Receptionist.

History taking and physical examination by the doctor (or) Ultrasound examination
ECG & X-ray chest shall be done in between the checkup and further pregnant persons are requested to avoid X-rays.

The postprandial blood sugar will be taken 2 hours after complimentary breakfast

All the women are requested to see the Gynaecologist for pap smear and other gynaec check

For additional tests and other packages contact the Receptionist.

After completing all the checkup as per the package, retain and get the complete medical report from the despatch counter next day morning and get the consultation and for further advise from the consultant.
